Patients are seen in a private setting where they get my full undivided attention. My service is primarily hands on and guided techniques to restore the body’s balance, harmony, and reboot your nervous system. Appointments are typically one to two hour long, but may take longer for more complicated problems where we are trying to maximize results, or shorter for brief releases and tune ups.
The only insurance I accept is Medicare, Work Comp, Auto, and VA. I am out of network with most other insurance companies, and for them, payment is due at the time of service. I will give you a copy of my superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. See my article on fee for service medical providers for an explanation of this policy.
Services provided at our office for non covered insurance is charged at a rate of $125/hr and we accept cash, check, or Master Card/Visa/Discover. Discounts are available for prepaid packages: 5 hrs $530 (save $95), 10 hrs $1,040 (save $210).
Custom Sole Support Foot Orthotics are $425 all inclusive (evaluation, casting, orthotics, fitting, follow up).
For your first visit, wear comfortable clothing and bring any diagnostic reports you think may assist me in learning about your condition and goals for treatment. Feel free to bring a family member or loved one for moral support and to listen in on the educational component of our comprehensive treatment program. Stay well hydrated prior to your initial appointment. If you have orthotics, bring them as well.
